Minor Beginning - 3D Concepting

Here is a quick 3D concept I did in Maya to get a quick idea for perspective and how a small piece of my city could look when it eventually comes together. 

Underneath I have taken it into Procreate and just scribbled over it with any ideas that came to mind such as bikes, food stalls, small markets, alleyways, lots of trash and graffiti etc. At the end is the turn off to the city. Here i could design another street of the main city, maybe slightly more modern and lit. This current street could be a small hidden turn off from the city where the poor people live. Possibly a long stretch of alleyway with its own little alleyways. A place you should never go unless you are poor or a criminal?? Just Ideas.
