Toolkit 1 - Life Drawing 1

During my first ever life drawing class we unfortunately didn't have a model so some of our classmates sat in a chair and posed whilst we did short drawing tasks to put our current skills to the test. I was proud of how my work turned out considering the fact that I am not used to being put under a time limit or drawing fast without trying to make it look perfect. I doubted myself a lot as drawing humans to scale is not my strong point and I definitely need to work a lot on my body proportions, but I am excited to get better every week and train myself to accept my mistakes rather than feel I messed up as soon as I make one. I feel life drawing will benefit my drawing skills as well a the way that I feel about my own art.
